Key Responsibilities:
* Edit both short-form and long-form video advertisements specifically designed for various
digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, visual designers, and videographers to fully
understand campaign goals and brand guidelines.
* Develop multiple versions of video ads for A/B testing, experimenting with different hooks,
call-to-action buttons, and thumbnails.
* Optimize videos for silent viewing by incorporating subtitles, graphics, and other relevant
visual elements.
* Maintain consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all video edits.
* Effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
* Implement feedback quickly and accurately.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital advertising, editing techniques, and platform
algorithms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience in editing digital advertisements (portfolio required).
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
* Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
* Ability to effectively work with creative briefs and marketing data.
* Experience with sound design and basic motion graphics.
* Familiarity with different aspect ratios, formats, and resolutions required for various digital
platforms.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate rapidly
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in creating performance marketing or direct-response advertising content.
* Familiarity with lifestyle and beauty digital platforms.
* Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.
* Basic video shooting skills are a plus.
