Key Responsibilities:

• Edit both short-form and long-form video advertisements specifically designed for various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Perform professional colour correction and colour grading to enhance the visual quality and consistency of videos. 
• Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, visual designers, and videographers to fully understand campaign goals and brand guidelines.
•  Develop multiple versions of video ads for A/B testing, experimenting with different hooks, call-to-action buttons, and thumbnails.
• Optimize videos for silent viewing by incorporating subtitles, graphics, and other relevant visual elements.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all video edits.
• Effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Implement feedback quickly and accurately.
•  Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital advertising, editing techniques, and platform Algorithms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in editing digital advertisements (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of colour correction, colour grading, and colour theory. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
• Ability to effectively work with creative briefs and marketing data.
• Experience with sound design and basic motion graphics.
• Familiarity with different aspect ratios, formats, and resolutions required for various digital platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate rapidly
