About the Role
We're looking for acreative, detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designerwho can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and high-performing video content. The ideal candidate has a strong design aesthetic, storytelling mindset, and hands-on experience in crafting both static and motion creatives for brand and performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Video Creation & Editing
- Edit and produce AI-generated and original videos for performance marketing, brand, and social media campaigns.
- Create high-converting video ads optimized for platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging clips for reels, ads, and other digital formats.
- Apply strong skills in typography, color grading, audio enhancement, and visual effects to maintain brand consistency.
Graphic Design
- Design compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital, print, and web assets.
- Develop brand-aligned creatives for social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with teams to conceptualize visuals that align with campaign goals and brand tone.
- Review and refine final designs, ensuring quality and consistency across all outputs.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver visually impactful campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI video tools, and performance creative strategies.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that enhance creative direction and storytelling impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience as aVideo EditorandGraphic Designer(portfolio required).
- Proficiency inAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or similar tools.
- Strong sense oftypography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding ofperformance marketing and ad creative best practices.
- Ability to work in afast-paced environmentand meet tight deadlines
Nice-to-Have
- Experience inmotion graphics,2D/3D animation, orAI video tools.
- Basic understanding ofbranding and digital marketingprinciples.
