We're looking for acreative, short form video editorwho knows how to createscroll-stopping hooksand high-converting short-form ads.

This is anin-office rolefor someone who understands D2C/ SAAS advertising, UGC-style content, and fast-paced performance creatives.

Location:Goregaon West, Mumbai (In-office)

Pay:30,000/month + bonus incentives on performance

What You'll Do

• CreateUGC-style, performance-driven video adsfor Meta, TikTok & YouTube
• Edit fast-paced, high-retention short-form ads with strong hooks
• Develop multiple angles & iterations for A/B testing
• UseCapCut Desktop (Pro)for daily ad production
• Collaborate with copywriters & media buyers to execute winning concepts
• UseAI tools(ChatGPT,Gemini, Crivey) for ideation, scripting & assets
• Analyse creative performance and double down on what works

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience developing creatives forMeta, TikTok, and/or YouTube ads
• Strong understanding ofscroll-stopping hooks & attention psychology
• Experience withUGC ads, performance ads, fast-paced editing styles
• Excellent copy instincts hooks, headlines, UGC-style scripts
• Experience inhealth, wellness, or supplementsis a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-testing, performance environment
• Must be able to workin-officeat Goregaon West
