Role Description
We are looking for a Cinematographer + Video Editor who can manage the end-to-end video production process from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands brand storytelling, social media trends, lighting, composition, and editing aesthetics. They should be comfortable shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and producing high-quality videos for ads, reels, events, product shoots, and campaigns.
Experience: 2-3 years minimum, freshers do not apply.
Role overview
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand shoot objectives.
- Contribute to moodboards, shot lists, storyboards, and creative concepts.
- Capture high-quality footage for brand videos, product shoots, testimonials, reels, events, and ads.
- Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, and lighting equipment, mobile + gimbal setup
- Set up shots with strong knowledge of composition, framing, and lighting.
- Edit videos for social media, ads, YouTube, campaigns, and short-form content.
- Create high-energy, engaging edits suitable for reels and ads.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and subtitles.
- Deliver polished videos aligned with brand guidelines and creative vision.
- Post-Production Coordination
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of lighting (natural & artificial).
- Good sense of color, framing, and composition.
- Experience using gimbals, tripods, LED panels, reflectors, etc.
- Ability to shoot handheld, product-focused, lifestyle, or documentary-style footage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve, After Effects.
- Ability to edit fast-paced content for social media (Reels, shorts).
- Basic or advanced motion graphics (After Effects preferred).
- Working knowledge of sound design and color correction/grading.
