Job Overview
We're looking for a highly creative video editor who doesn't just assemble clips, but thinks, designs, and builds engaging content from the ground up.
What we expect:- Strong video editing skills (Reels, YouTube, ads, short-form content)
- A sharp creative eye for design (thumbnails, motion graphics, visual storytelling)
- Your own content bank (footage, overlays, sound effects, assets, etc.)
- Ready-to-use presets, transitions, LUTs, and efficient workflows
- Ability to craft high-retention, scroll-stopping content
- Deep understanding of trends, pacing, hooks, and audience psychology.
- Experience with color grading and sound design.
- Ability to create and use motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention techniques
Bonus points if you:
- Have built or worked on viral pages
- Understand branding and content strategy
- Can deliver fast without compromising quality
Important:
We are not looking for basic editors who only cut clips.
We want someone who brings ideas, speed, and originality to every project.
