We are looking for a passionate, creative, fast-moving Video Editor & Content Production Executive who can help us build high-quality visual content across social media, brand campaigns, podcasts, reels, educational videos, and on-site shoots.

This role is ideal for someone who is not just an editor, but someone who understands visual storytelling, production, speed, discipline, and brand aesthetics. We are looking for a growth-oriented individual who wants to evolve with the company and potentially take on a larger leadership role as Head of Editing / Production Head in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

* Edit reels, podcasts, short-form videos, long-form videos, brand films, and social media content.

* Create visually engaging edits with strong pacing, transitions, captions, music, sound design, and storytelling.

* Support on-site content shoots as per brand and campaign requirements.

* Coordinate with different teams for timely delivery of videos.

* Understand briefs clearly and convert them into clean, premium, high-quality visual output.

* Maintain fast turnaround time without compromising quality.

* Organise footage, project files, raw data, and final exports systematically.

* Assist in planning shoot angles, frames, lighting, basic production setup, and content flow.

* Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, ideation, editing, captions, visuals, and overall output.

* Stay updated with new AI tools, editing trends, social media formats, and creative storytelling techniques.

Required Skills:

* Strong video editing skills.

* Good understanding of Instagram reels, YouTube, podcasts, and social media content formats.

* Good communication skills.

* Comfortable understanding and working in English.

* Creative eye for visual storytelling, aesthetics, pacing, and brand presentation.

* Basic production understanding for on-site shoots.

* Ability to work with discipline, timelines, and urgency.

* Fast output and strong execution mindset.

* Familiarity with AI tools or a strong willingness to learn and implement AI in editing and production.

* Passionate, responsible, proactive, and growth-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools

* Basic knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, audio, and shoot coordination.

* Understanding of luxury, wellness, fitness, healthcare, or premium lifestyle content will be a plus.
