Video Editor & Content Creator (YouTube / Reels)

About us

VinsFertility is an IVF and fertility clinic in Janakpuri, New Delhi, helping couples from India and abroad. We're launching our YouTube channel and growing our social media, and we want one skilled person to own our video content end to end.

What you'll do

- Shoot videos at the clinic: doctor talks, patient-education explainers, behind-the-scenes and short interviews (phone or camera, with basic lighting and audio)

- Edit long-form YouTube videos: cuts, captions/subtitles, B-roll, music, color and sound clean-up, thumbnails

- Turn every long video into short Reels / Shorts with hooks, captions and trending formats

- Publish and schedule on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn with titles, descriptions, hashtags and basic SEO

- Track views and engagement, and suggest what to make more of

- Treat patient privacy with care (consent first, always)

What we're looking for

- 1–4 years of hands-on video editing and shooting, with a portfolio or YouTube/Instagram links you can show (required)

- Strong in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve; CapCut for Reels; Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails

- Knows what makes a Reel work: first 3 seconds, pacing, captions

- Good Hindi and workable English; healthcare content experience is a plus

- Reliable and able to take ownership of a weekly content calendar

Details

- Salary: 25,000–35,000 per month, based on skill and portfolio

- Location: on-site at Janakpuri, New Delhi

- Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
