ROLE SUMMARY

FLYONGO is looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Editor + Content Creator Intern who understands modern digital content ecosystems and can transform ideas into engaging visual content.

This role is not limited to editing videos. The selected candidate will actively contribute to storytelling, content ideation, trend research, AI-powered workflows, and digital brand growth.

We are looking for someone with a strong Gen Z understanding of content behavior while maintaining professional execution quality.

• Creating high-performing short-form and long-form content consistently

• Producing engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn content

• Building attention-grabbing hooks within the first few seconds of content

• Using AI tools and modern workflows for faster and better execution

• Contributing original content ideas rather than simply editing footage

• Helping strengthen FLYONGO's online presence and audience engagement

HOW THIS ROLE FITS INTO FLYONGO

This position directly supports FLYONGO's content, marketing, and growth ecosystem.

The selected candidate will work closely with business and marketing teams to shape how customers experience FLYONGO online across travel stories, destination content, campaigns, promotional creatives, and brand communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn videos

• Create engaging travel-focused visual content

• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, sound design, motion elements, and visual enhancements

• Maintain professional editing quality across all content

Storytelling & Creative Contribution

• Create compelling hooks and storytelling structures

• Brainstorm content ideas and campaign concepts

• Understand audience behavior and content psychology

• Adapt content according to different platforms

Trend Research

• Track social media trends and viral formats

• Research competitors and content strategies

• Suggest content opportunities proactively

AI Workflow & Productivity

• Use AI tools to increase productivity and content quality

• Explore modern tools for captions, editing assistance, scripting, voiceovers, thumbnails, and workflow automation

Brand Consistency

• Follow FLYONGO brand identity guidelines

• Ensure consistency in colors, style, visual language, and messaging

• Organize and manage content assets effectively

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of video editing fundamentals

• Creativity with attention to detail

• Understanding of storytelling and audience engagement

• Familiarity with social media content formats

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Strong time-management ability

• Fast learner mindset

Education

• Students, freshers, and recent graduates may apply

• Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, Film, Animation, Digital Media, or related backgrounds preferred

Experience

• Internship, freelance work, portfolio work, or personal content projects preferred

• Freshers with strong sample work are encouraged to apply
