Video Editor / Content Creator Intern – Instagram Reels

Role Description:

We're looking for a creative Video Editor / Content Creator Intern who understands how to make short-form content (Instagram Reels) feel immersive, engaging, and native to modern internet culture.

This role is less about complex editing skills and more about creative instinct and understanding what actually captures attention online.

What You'll be Doing:

• You'll work with raw clips/content provided by us and turn them into high-retention, engaging Instagram Reels aligned with the Sense Now identity and aesthetic.
• Developing innovative hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
• Choosing appropriate music, pacing, transitions, scenes, and overall flow for each reel
• Understanding what kind of content resonates with Gen Z and working millennials
• Ensuring all content feels cinematic, immersive, and aligned with the brand
• Bringing fresh ideas for storytelling, visual direction, and reel structures

Please note: These reels can easily be created using Instagram Edits or similar basic editing tools. Advanced software skills are not mandatory for this role.
