We are currently expanding our creative team in Indore and looking for a talented Video Editor & Content Creator who is passionate about creating engaging short form and long form content for modern digital platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Content Creator to join our growing team in Indore. This role will involve editing videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok style content, Facebook, LinkedIn, advertisements, branding campaigns, and company marketing materials.

You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high quality content that is engaging, visually appealing, and optimised for social media growth and audience engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, modern editing styles, and creative freedom.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short form and long form videos for social media and marketing campaigns

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok style videos, and YouTube content

• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and visual enhancements

• Perform professional colour correction and colour grading

• Create thumbnails, graphics, and social media visual assets

• Work with raw footage from travel, lifestyle, food, business, and promotional shoots

• Optimise videos for multiple social media platforms

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on content strategies

• Maintain organised project files and efficient editing workflows

• Stay updated with modern editing trends and viral content styles

Required Skills

• Strong experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools

• Understanding of short form content trends and social media editing styles

• Experience with motion graphics and animated text effects

• Good understanding of audio editing and syncing

• Strong creativity and storytelling ability

• Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished final outputs

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience with AI based editing tools

• Photography or videography experience

• Experience managing social media content

• Experience with YouTube optimisation and thumbnails

• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or graphic design tools

• Understanding of viral content strategies and audience retention techniques

Experience Required

1 to 3 years preferred

Talented freshers with strong portfolios and editing skills are also encouraged to apply.
