We're hiring a Video Editor at AIvenue Labs — Bhubaneswar

We're an AI-first digital growth agency, and we're building our in-house creative team.

As we scale our client roster (D2C brands, skin clinics, local businesses), we need a video editor who lives and breathes content — someone who knows what stops the scroll before the first second is even over.

What you'll edit: → Short-form Reels, Shorts & social content for multiple brands → Long-form founder stories, brand films & testimonials → Ad creatives — UGC-style, before/after, hook-first → Content for our own brand, AIvenue Labs

What we're looking for: → Strong short-form AND long-form editing skills → Knows what's trending in 2026 — formats, hooks, transitions, sound → Can maintain different brand aesthetics across clients → Fast, reliable, and doesn't need hand-holding → Use whatever tool you're best at — we care about output, not software

You should be able to communicate in at least English and Hindi

Role details: Bhubaneswar (partially remote — 2–3 days in office/week) ₹10,000/month during 2-month probation → up to ₹25,000/month based on performance Early team member — grow with us as we scale
