Cogito Digital is looking for a talented Video Editor to join our creative team!

Role: Video Editor

Location: Cogito Digital, 2nd Floor, Dwarika Heights, Eastern Bypass, Siliguri

Type: Full-time | On-site

Experience: Intern: Must have basic knowledge of the required software, no experience needed.

Full-time: Minimum 1.5 years of professional editing experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos for social media, ad campaigns, and brand films.
• Add sound effects, music, text, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to bring brand stories to life.
• Stay updated with current video trends and social media content formats.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining creative quality and brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of sound design, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Basic knowledge of color correction and audio balancing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and detail.
