Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team full-time in Surat. If you're passionate about crafting engaging tech content and turning ideas into high-impact videos, this role is for you. You'll work with AI-generated scripts and assets, transforming them into polished, attention-grabbing content for YouTube and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit AI-generated scripts into polished, publish-ready videos.
• Create engaging cuts, transitions, and visual storytelling to improve retention.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music.
• Design strong hooks in the first 3–5 seconds of each video.
• Edit both long-form videos (60–90 sec) and short-form content (Reels/Shorts).
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the team and meet daily deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics).
• Experience with tools like Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
• Good understanding of timing, pacing, and audience retention.
• Basic sense of design, typography, and composition.

Bonus/ Modern Tools (Nice to Have):

• Experience with AI tools like Runway and VEED.io
• Familiarity with ChatGPT for understanding scripts and hooks.
• Working knowledge of Notion AI for content workflows.
• Experience with Gemini or similar tools for creative assets.
• Awareness of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video trends.
