Role Description The Video Editor role at Clickory Stories is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling, editing, and refining wedding films and commercial projects, ensuring consistent visual style and emotional impact. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, applying transitions, color grading, and integrating sound design and music. The role also involves collaborating closely with directors and producers, incorporating feedback, and preparing final deliverables for various platforms and formats. The Video Editor will contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing with experience in assembling narrative-driven films.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve cinematic and consistent visual aesthetics.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
• Graphics skills for titles, overlays, and brand-aligned visual elements.
• Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinc).
• Good understanding of sound design, music selection, and pacing for emotionally resonant edits.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site in Nagpur within a collaborative team environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in wedding or commercial filmmaking is a plus.
