Role Overview
We're looking for a
Video Editor who understands internet culture, loves storytelling, and knows how to turn raw footage into content that people stop, watch, and share. This isn't a traditional editing role. You'll work directly with founders, marketing, and creative teams to build campaigns, ads, social content, and brand stories that drive real business impact.
What you'll do
Social & Performance Content
- Create high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Edit ad creatives, product videos, testimonials and brand campaigns.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos with compelling storytelling and pacing.
Post-Production Excellence
- Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and final mastering to ensure premium-quality output.
- Organize footage and maintain a structured editing workflow.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content formats.
Creative Ideation
- Stay on top of trends, memes, editing styles, and viral content formats.
- Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to conceptualize campaigns and storytelling angles.
What are we looking for
- 1 year of professional video editing experience.
- Experience working with startups, D2C brands, agencies, creators, or content teams is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content.
Technical Skills
You should be proficient in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Final Cut Pro (optional)
