Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content that reflects the Carisma brand including promotional videos, social media content, campaign highlights, and wellness storytelling.
This is a freelance, project-based role with opportunities for long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and internal use.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate brand vision into compelling visual stories.
- Add graphics, animations, subtitles, music, and transitions to enhance the viewer experience.
- Repurpose existing footage for ads, reels, and campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ensure all video output aligns with Carisma's brand identity and tone.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining attention to detail and visual consistency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably within wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of sound design and color grading.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Portfolio showcasing previous editing work (required).
Nice to Have
- Experience creating short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Knowledge of motion graphics / After Effects.
- Familiarity with wellness, spa, or beauty branding.
