Hiring for Video Editor (Photo & Video) with Excellent communication and AI video editing skills/tools.

Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai (with travel to Hosur / Coimbatore / Bangalore campuses)

Role Summary

Produces and edits all visual and video content for brand, campaign, and campus needs — including reels, AI avatar content, campus documentation, and ad creative — maintaining the organisation's premium visual standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video and photo content for reels, campaigns, and campus documentation

• Produce AI avatar video content using voice cloning and avatar generation tools

• Design ad creative and campaign visuals matching brand guidelines

• Maintain an organised, searchable visual asset library by campus/campaign

• Support live-event videography and photography for Salon Conversations, Cultural Soirees, and similar events

• Ensure all visual output matches the brand's palette, typography, and aesthetic standards

Expected Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or degree in Film, Photography, Design, or a related creative field (portfolio weighted more heavily than formal qualification)

Experience

• 3–6 years in video editing and photography, ideally for a premium brand, real estate, or lifestyle content

• Experience with event videography/photography

• Exposure to AI video tools (e.g. voice cloning, avatar generation platforms) preferred or willingness to learn quickly

Skills & Competencies

• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent) and photo editing (Lightroom/Photoshop)

• Eye for premium, minimalist visual aesthetics — not generic corporate style

• Comfortable working independently on-site at campuses and events

• Fast turnaround discipline for social-first content

• Organised asset management habits

Deliverables (First 6 Months)

• First set of branded reels/video content live across channels

• First AI avatar video content produced and approved

• Organised visual asset library structure established

• Full event coverage (video + photo) for at least one Salon Conversation or Cultural Soiree
