Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic creative professional who can bring ideas to life through powerful visuals and engaging video content. This hybrid role demands equal passion for visual design and motion storytelling — someone who can conceptualize a campaign, design its visual identity, and produce scroll-stopping videos that amplify brand narratives.
Key Responsibilities – Video Editing
- Conceptualize and edit video content for social media, brand films, corporate presentations, and campaign launches.
- Work with the strategy and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Add animation, transitions, voiceovers, music, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Maintain consistency with brand tone and aesthetics across all video assets.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Leverage AI-powered tools for video editing, automation, and content enhancement (e.g., auto-captioning, background removal, generative visuals, and smart editing workflows) to improve efficiency and creativity.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, color balance, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative storytelling ability through design and motion.
- Understanding of digital trends, social media formats, and engagement dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in creative/design agencies preferred.
