Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Editing- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, ads, website, and brand campaigns.
- Create thumb-stopping Reels, UGC-style edits, testimonial videos, product explainers, and story-led films.
- Adapt edits for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Amazon videos).
- Manage color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics integration.
Creative Ideation- Work with the content and performance marketing teams to brainstorm new video ideas, hooks, and storyboards.
- Contribute ideas on how to present product benefits, founder stories, or pet parent testimonials in engaging formats.
- Maintain brand tone fun, emotional, and trustworthy across all video content.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze which videos perform best by CTR, watch time, and engagement; apply learnings to future edits.
- Iterate ad creatives quickly based on campaign performance feedback.
- Collaborate with the CGO and Performance Marketing Manager for A/B testing ad versions.
File & Workflow Management
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files for quick reuse and edits.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and platform specifications.
- Maintain an efficient post-production workflow with version control.

- Average engagement rate (views, saves, shares, watch time)
- CTR and conversion rate on video ads
- Ad creative refresh frequency (new videos/month)
- Turnaround time per project
