Job Description: Video Editor

Hyderabad
Full Time (No WFH), 5 days/week, Day shift.

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience,
primarily focused on creating engaging short-form content. The role also involves supporting
long-form video projects in collaboration with the internal photography and videography
team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,etc.) Support long-form video editing projects as required
  
• Apply dynamic editing techniques including motion text, sound design, transitions,and graphics
  
• Ensure content is optimized for different platforms (retention, hooks, pacing, etc.)
  
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, Business, and Creative teams)
  
  

Portfolio (Mandatory)

• Applicants must share:Short-form videos showcasing at least 3 different editing styles
  
• Preferably include performance metrics (views, engagement, retention)
  
• Long-form work (if available, optional but preferred)
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on video editing experience
  
• Strong understanding of short-form content editing (Reels/Shorts)
  
• Basic knowledge of long-form video editing workflows (YouTube or similar platforms)
  
• Awareness of platform-specific editing styles (engagement, retention, pacing)
  
• Working knowledge of: Motion text, Sound design, Basic graphics and transitions
  
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
  
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  
• Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office (non-negotiable)
