About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Multimedia Designer who can independently handle both video editing and digital graphic design. This role requires someone who understands visual storytelling, digital trends, and brand consistency across platforms.

This is a full-time remote role suited for professionals who are disciplined, self-managed, and capable of delivering high-quality content within deadlines.

Role Structure

Primary Focus:

• Video Editing 6070%
• Graphic Design 3040%

The ideal candidate should be stronger in video editing while also being comfortable creating supporting graphic assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
• Create social media posts, thumbnails, banners, and promotional creatives
• Add motion graphics and basic animations where required
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote work environment

Required Skills

• 13 years of professional experience in video editing and digital design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Canva proficiency is a plus)
• Basic understanding of After Effects or motion graphics
• Strong sense of composition, typography, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation

Monthly In-Hand Fixed Salary: 25,000 40,000 - Final offer will depend on last salary drawn, portfolio strength and practical assessment
