Role Description The Video Editor at Atmadhruti will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with the organization's mission and brand. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and organizing clips, adding transitions, sound, and visual effects, managing color correction, and incorporating motion graphics and titles to enhance storytelling. The role involves collaborating with coaches and content creators to translate life planning concepts into clear, impactful video materials for digital platforms and client programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring regular coordination with the local team and participation in planning and review sessions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and understanding visual storytelling.
• Candidates should possess proficient Video Editing skills, with experience using industry-standard editing software to create high-quality, cohesive content.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and enhance the emotional impact of video materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that support the narrative.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field are beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects within deadlines are important.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms (social media, web, online courses) and familiarity with different aspect ratios and formats is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, receive feedback constructively, and align creative work with Atmadhruti's values and messaging is essential.
