Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. Create and edit high-quality video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and promotional campaigns, including short-form formats such as Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
2. Ensure strong brand consistency across all video assets by aligning visuals, tone, fonts, and creative direction with brand guidelines.
3. Leverage AI-powered editing tools to enhance productivity through automated captions, subtitles, scene detection, auto-cutting, and workflow optimization.
4. Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to execute creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver engaging content within timelines.
5. Manage video assets efficiently, maintaining an organized library of raw footage, creative files, and final exports for easy access and reuse.

KPIs: Turnaround time, revision rounds, content output per week, AI tool adoption, quality consistency 

Budget & Other Info: Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum
