Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor and Videographer role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, property showcases, client testimonials, and brand storytelling across digital platforms. The Video Editor and Videographer will manage the full production workflow, including pre-production planning, setting up equipment, capturing footage on location, and post-production editing with color correction, sound syncing, and graphics integration. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and sales teams to translate briefs into compelling visual content, maintaining a consistent brand style, organizing media assets, and meeting project deadlines. The professional will be expected to stay updated on video trends, suggest creative concepts, and ensure all content meets technical and quality standards suited for web and social media distribution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in end-to-end Video Production, including planning, shooting, lighting, and audio capture.
- Proficiency in Video Editing using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience with Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to enhance storytelling and branding.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating video work for marketing, real estate, or related industries.
- Ability to operate cameras, gimbals, lights, and other production equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and narrative structure, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple projects.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
