Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur for a Video Editor and Photographer. The role involves planning and executing photo and video shoots for products, brand campaigns, and social media content. The team member will handle end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, color grading, and adding motion graphics or simple graphic elements as needed. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with marketing and brand teams to develop visual concepts, organizing and maintaining media assets, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines. The role also requires capturing high-quality product and lifestyle photography, optimizing content for various digital platforms, and meeting deadlines for regular content releases.

Qualifications

• Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, and branding photographs.
• Shoot engaging product videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and advertisements.
• Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photographs.
• Plan and execute creative shoots based on marketing campaigns.
• Maintain Orchid Natures visual identity and brand guidelines in all content.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams for creative requirements.
• Shoot content for new product launches, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Cover behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, and company events.
• Organize and maintain all raw photos, videos, and creative assets.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, audio, and camera quality during shoots.
• Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, and other production equipment.
• Meet content production deadlines and deliver edited files on time.
• Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, and editing trends.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve brand engagement and content performance.
• Travel to stores, events, influencer locations, or outdoor shoots whenever required.
• Assist in creating high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure all content reflects the premium quality and values of Orchid Natures.
