About The Role
We are looking for a
multi-disciplinary Creative Designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. This role blends
graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing, requiring someone who can translate ideas into high-impact, scroll-stopping content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute thumb-stopping creatives for social media, digital campaigns, performance marketing, and brand assets.
- Design for multiple formats including static posts, carousels, banners, landing pages, and UI elements.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for Reels, Shorts, ads, and branded content.
- Collaborate with strategy, account management, and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Participate in brainstorms, pitch decks, and creative ideation for brands across industries.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, visual systems, and design templates.
- Ensure quick turnarounds without compromising on quality or brand consistency.
- Stay updated with trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creative formats.
Skills & Tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing design + motion + video work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of short-form video editing (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Knowledge of transitions, sound design, pacing, and storytelling in video.
- Basic to intermediate motion graphics & animation skills.
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals is a plus.
- Ability to present and defend creative ideas confidently.
