Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-converting videos to support the lead generation for the EGA September 2025 cohort.
• Create short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) optimized for engagement and conversions.
• Repurpose long-form content (webinars, testimonials, lectures) into platform-specific video assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to craft compelling stories that showcase EGA success and drive sign-ups.
• Design ad creatives, landing page videos, and email visuals to boost campaign performance.
• Maintain consistent branding, motion graphics, and quality across all video outputs.
• Meet deadlines, manage multiple video requests, and adapt based on campaign feedback and performance data.

Qualifications:

Any Degree

Proven experience in multimedia content editing and video production.

Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Experience in graphic design and creating visual assets.

Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to innovate, think creatively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting firm environment.
