Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor & Web Designer based at our office in Chakdaha. The role involves creating, editing, and producing visually engaging videos and motion graphics. Responsibilities include end-to-end video production, professional color grading, and developing high-quality graphics. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the team to design and enhance web-based user experiences, ensuring all digital assets are consistent with our branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Video Expertise: Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading.
• Motion & Graphics: Experience with Motion Graphics and professional Graphics design.
• Software Mastery: Technical proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Web & UI/UX: Solid understanding of web design principles and proficiency in Figma for UI/UX layouts.
• AI Integration: Basic knowledge of AI tools and platforms (for content generation, asset creation, or workflow optimization).
• Creative Vision: Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creative design principles.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Chakdaha.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Media Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
