Whom We're Looking For

We're looking for a sharp and creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who lives and breathes visual storytelling, trends, and pacing. Someone who is detail-oriented, fast, and excited to bring brands to life through compelling reels, brand films, motion graphics, and social-first video content — including AI-generated video.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished reels, brand videos, and social content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design and animate motion graphics — kinetic typography, lower thirds, logo animations, explainer visuals, and transitions — to elevate brand videos.
• Generate AI-created videos and visuals (product shots, b-roll, concept videos, stylised content) using tools like Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, or similar.
• Add music, sound design, text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and social media managers to align edits with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Colour grade and correct footage for visual consistency across projects.
• Optimise video formats, aspect ratios, and cuts for platform-specific requirements (Reels, Shorts, Stories, YouTube).
• Manage multiple edit timelines and deadlines across clients in fitness, health & wellness, real estate, lifestyle, and consumer tech.
• Organise and maintain a structured archive of raw footage, AI-generated assets, project files, and final exports.
• Incorporate client and internal feedback efficiently, turning around revisions quickly.
• Leverage AI tools for tasks like rough cuts, auto-captioning, background noise removal, upscaling, voice generation, and AI video/b-roll creation where applicable.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience editing video and/or creating motion graphics for brands in an agency or in-house team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion graphics/animation); DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong grasp of motion design principles — timing, easing, typography animation, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (e.g. Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, Luma) and comfort experimenting with new ones.
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling for short-form, social-first content.
• Working knowledge of sound design and colour correction.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere AI features, CapCut AI, Descript, ElevenLabs) to speed up workflow and enhance output.
• Prior exposure to brands in fitness, health & wellness, real estate, or lifestyle will be preferred.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
