About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor who can produce engaging, high-performing content for a fast-growing brand.

This role goes beyond basic editing — you will be responsible for creating scroll-stopping videos that drive engagement, brand recall, and conversions across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads)
  • Develop performance-driven ad creatives focused on conversions (flight deals, offers, urgency-based content)
  • Edit premium brand videos showcasing travel experiences and digital platform/app features
  • Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound design to enhance storytelling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign concepts and content calendars
  • Stay updated with social media trends and proactively suggest creative ideas
  • Produce multiple variations of creatives for A/B testing
  • Ensure quick turnaround times without compromising on quality

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in video editing for social media and digital platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, VN, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of motion graphics and text animation
  • Experience in creating high-performing ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
  • Ability to understand brand tone and adapt editing style accordingly
  • Portfolio showcasing reels, ads, and creative storytelling work

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
  • Experience working with travel, e-commerce, or startup brands
  • Knowledge of UI/app-based video editing (app promo videos)
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, retention, hook rate)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and creative automation
