Role Description

In office / Hybrid (Gurgaon)

Experience: 2–5 years

We are hiring a Video Editor & Content Strategist who can independently plan, edit, and deliver high-impact video content for program promotions, brand awareness, and leadership events.

This is an editing-first role with a strong emphasis on storytelling, motion graphics, and strategic thinking. The role requires the ability to understand programs and events, decide the right video formats, plan a video calendar, and execute edits accordingly. Exposure to marketing-driven and performance-oriented video content will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Core)

  • Edit videos for: Brand awareness campaigns, program and event promotions, paid ad creatives, testimonials, explainers, and highlight videos
  • Use Adobe After Effects (Mandatory) for: motion graphics, text and title animations, subtitles, overlays, and transitions
  • Maintain strong visual consistency and brand quality across all outputs

Video Strategy & Planning

  • Understand program objectives, audience context, and campaign goals

Define:

  • Video formats
  • Narrative flow and content structure
  • Themes aligned with awareness and conversion goals
  • Create and manage video content calendars aligned with:
  • Program timelines
  • Events and launches
  • Advertising and brand requirements

Marketing & Performance Context

  • Edit with a focus on:
  • Strong hooks and messaging
  • Attention retention and pacing
  • Performance-oriented creative execution
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine creatives based on feedback and campaign outcomes

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously: Deliver high-quality edits within timelines and ensure strong attention to detail and consistency.

Must-Have Skills

  • Adobe After Effects – Mandatory
  • Strong video editing and motion graphics expertise
  • Ability to independently structure compelling video narratives
  • Experience editing campaigns, ad creatives, or branded content
  • Strong ownership and execution capability

Preferred Background

  • Exposure to marketing, digital media, or performance-led content
  • Experience working on paid ad creatives or brand campaigns
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with EdTech, education, events, or B2B environments
