Job Description – Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Video Editor who creates engaging short- and long-form content for digital platforms by transforming briefs into compelling visual stories. The role requires producing multiple high-quality edits efficiently, recommending strong hooks and pacing, maintaining brand consistency, and managing quick turnarounds across multiple projects. A strong focus on AI-powered workflows—such as auto-captioning, AI b-roll, visual enhancements, and AI-assisted audio—is essential to maximise speed and output quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, websites, ads)

• Translate briefs into compelling visual stories

• Create multiple cuts and variants efficiently without compromising quality

• Suggest hooks, pacing, formats, and visual treatments to improve engagement

• Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnarounds

• AI & Workflow Expectations

• Actively use AI tools to improve speed and output quality

• Hands-on experience with:

1. Auto-captioning & transcription tools
2. AI-based b-roll, background removal, and enhancements
3. AI voiceovers, music, or motion assist tools

• Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools to optimize workflows

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with leadership, brand, or education-focused content

• Demonstrated use of AI to improve editing workflows

• Ability to suggest creative improvements, not just execute briefs

• Portfolio showcasing fast turnaround and impact-driven edits

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

• Working knowledge of After Effects or motion basics (preferred, not mandatory)

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to edit talking-head, corporate, brand, and social-first formats

• High attention to detail (audio, transitions, text, framing)
