AjnaLens is looking for a Video Editor to join our Marketing team for the Healthcare AI vertical. The ideal candidate is a fresher or early-career editor (up to 1 year of experience) with a strong creative eye and hands-on familiarity with design and editing tools. This role demands attention to detail, willingness to learn fast, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into polished visual content in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.
Top 3 Daily Tasks:
Edit and produce videos, reels, and short-form content for social media, campaigns, and product marketing.
Work with the design team to create supporting graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets for videos.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs and raw footage into engaging, on-brand content.
Minimum Work Experience Required:
0–1 year of experience in video editing or design (internships, personal projects, or college work count); freshers are welcome to apply.
Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:
Hands-on knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Da Vinci, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new formats, styles, and tools.
Good collaboration skills — a true team player who takes feedback well.
Full-Spectrum Awareness:
Basic understanding of content formats across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Comfort managing multiple edits and deadlines within a marketing calendar.
Bonus Points For:
Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and prompt engineering for content/video generation.
Interest in motion graphics or animation.
Interest in healthcare, HealthTech, or AI-related content.
