Video Editor & AI Content Producer

We're hiring: Video Editor & AI Content Producer

Concept Communication Ltd. | Thiruvananthapuram | Immediate joining preferred

We won't count your years of experience. We'll judge what you can deliver, and how fast.

Concept Communication Ltd is India's largest integrated and independent agency, with 1,500+ people across 18 cities. Our Kerala team handles government, PSU, BFSI and institutional brands. The work is fast, high-visibility and on deadline.

What you'll do

▸ Edit reels, ad films, corporate films and event content, often on same-day turnarounds

▸ Shoot on location: handle the camera, lighting and audio, and come back with usable footage

▸ Use AI tools for video generation, voice, image work, upscaling, captions and faster edits

▸ Take a brief and turn it into a finished, publish-ready cut with little hand-holding

You should be able to

Edit fast without sloppy work (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / After Effects)

Use current AI tools hands-on, such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney or ElevenLabs. Knowing the names isn't enough.

Operate a DSLR or mirrorless camera, gimbal and mic on your own

Understand the formats and pacing that work on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

Handle pressure, last-minute changes and multiple projects at once

Only apply if you can actually do all of the above. We will test it.

Joining location: Thiruvananthapuram

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
