About the job
The Video Designer supports the Client's communication, marketing, and digital initiatives by producing and editing video content aligned with brand standards and messaging objectives. This role focuses on assembling, editing, and delivering polished video assets to support both internal and external communication needs.
The Video Designer works as a dedicated extended team member, collaborating closely with graphic designers, motion designers, and content authors in a global, multi-time zone environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit and assemble video content using supplied footage, graphics, and audio
• Apply branding elements, titles, lower thirds, motion graphics, and captions
• Ensure video outputs align with Client visual and editorial standards
• Produce videos for:
o Internal communications
o Corporate messaging and storytelling
o Web and digital platforms
• Manage revisions and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Optimize videos for various channels, formats, and resolutions
• Maintain organized project files and proper version control
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with professional video editing software - Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and structure
• Familiarity with motion graphics and graphic overlays
• Strong attention to detail, including audio-visual balance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills
