We are looking for a Video Editor who can execute high-quality, performance-driven edits across ads, social media, and course content. This role is strictly focused on editing and post-production, working closely with the content and marketing teams to deliver engaging and conversion-focused videos.

• Edit videos for ads, social media, and learning content
• Execute edits for short-form content (Reels, Shorts) with strong pacing and retention focus
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design to enhance engagement
• Work with provided scripts, raw footage, and briefs from the content team
• Optimize videos based on performance metrics (CTR, watch time, retention)
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all video outputs
• Deliver projects within timelines and handle multiple edits simultaneously

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of short-form and performance content editing styles
• Good sense of pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling
• Ability to follow briefs and execute edits with precision
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management

• Experience in EdTech / Digital Marketing / Content-driven startups
• Experience editing performance marketing creatives (ads)
• Basic understanding of engagement metrics and video performance
