Job description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our content production team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in editing 4K video content, have expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, and demonstrate experience working with drone footage and incorporating motion graphics and callouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality 4K video content for various platforms (YouTube, social media, marketing, etc.)
- Work with drone footage to create visually compelling edits with tracking and dynamic callouts.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, and special effects using After Effects.
- Perform color correction, audio syncing, and grading to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to understand project goals and deliver content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Use Photoshop to edit thumbnails, overlays, and other visual assets for videos.
- Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient post-production workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a video editor in a professional environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong experience editing drone footage, including tracking, stabilizing, and integrating visual callouts.
- Ability to handle 4K workflows efficiently.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Good sense of timing, music, and visual rhythm.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating branded content or promotional videos.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Audition).
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of current trends in video editing and social media content.
