Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging video editing workshops using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut for students.
- Mentor 10-20 learners per batch on techniques like motion graphics, color grading, VFX, and social media optimization (Instagram Reels, YouTube).
- Create project-based curriculum tied to real-world EdTech needs (e.g., promotional videos, course teasers).
- Provide personalized feedback, portfolio reviews, and career guidance for placements in media/EdTech.
- Collaborate with marketing team to produce high-impact videos for Beat's social channels.
- Track student progress, certify completions, and iterate sessions based on feedback.
What We're Looking For:
- Expert in professional editing software with a strong portfolio (share links!).
- Proven mentoring experience; passion for teaching beginners to pros.
- Knowledge of trends in short-form video, AI editing tools (e.g., Runway ML).
- Excellent communication; bilingual (English/Malayalam) a plus for Kerala batches.
- Bachelor's in Film, Media, or related; certifications in Adobe Suite preferred.
