Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Edit and publish at least one approved video per day, ideally two, and post on both, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Turn scripts, hooks, captions, and voice-overs supplied by our team into clear, fast-paced videos that hold attention.
- Optionally you can suggest original reel ideas and scripts; creative experimentation is welcome in order to increase the average watch time.
- Handle the complete production workflow: shot planning, filming, editing, subtitles, music, cover, caption, upload, and publishing checks.
- Track views, average watch time, retention, saves, shares, and comments; use results to improve each next video. We can have a daily discussion in order to remove any obstacles or roadblocks you may have with the day to day.
