Video Editing Intern – Roles & Responsibilities
As a Video Editing Intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content while supporting the creative team throughout the post-production process.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and assemble raw footage into professional, compelling videos for digital platforms.
Use Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to create high-quality edits, motion graphics, color correction, and visual enhancements.
Leverage AI-powered editing tools to improve workflow efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance creative output.
Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, graphics, transitions, and visual effects to produce polished final videos.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity, creative guidelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, feedback, and revision requirements.
Organize and manage project files, footage, and editing assets efficiently.
Export videos in the required formats and resolutions for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high production quality.
Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends, AI tools, software updates, and storytelling techniques to continuously improve editing skills.
Assist in creating reels, short-form videos, promotional content, advertisements, and corporate videos as required.
Perform basic color grading, audio balancing, and video optimization to ensure a professional final output.
