Job Description
We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in editing and producing engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for various platforms.
- Add music, voice-overs, graphics, captions, and effects to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to understand video goals and target audience.
- Maintain brand consistency and follow visual style guidelines across all content.
- Assist with organizing and archiving video assets.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements
- Currently, pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, and basic color correction.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- Ability to take feedback and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or sample of past video projects is a plus.
