About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editing Intern to join our remote team.

The intern will work on editing both long-form and short-form video content for our digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for a college student who enjoys video editing, understands social media content, and wants to build a strong professional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Edit short-form content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos.
• Add appropriate cuts, transitions, captions, text, graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements to make videos engaging.
• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips.
• Ensure videos are visually engaging, well-paced, and suitable for the target audience.
• Work with the content and training team to understand the objective and style of each video.
• Maintain consistency in editing style, branding, and overall video quality.
• Deliver edited videos within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college/university degree.
• Strong interest in video editing and digital content creation.
• Good understanding of short-form and long-form video formats.
• Hands-on experience with video editing software such as CapCut is required.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software is a plus.
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, captions, music, and visual elements.
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback and make revisions.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
