Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor Intern role based in New Delhi. The Video Editor Intern will support the production of educational and promotional video content, including lectures, tutorials, marketing campaigns, and social media assets. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling rough and final cuts, adding transitions and effects, and ensuring high-quality audio and visual output. The intern will assist with video color correction and grading, basic motion graphics, and incorporating branding elements into videos. The role also involves collaborating closely with instructors, marketing teams, and designers to deliver engaging content on schedule, while maintaining consistent style and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Video Production and Video Editing, including working with raw footage, timelines, and basic audio cleanup.
- Ability to perform Video Color Grading and basic color correction to maintain a consistent and professional look across content.
- Familiarity with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create intros, lower thirds, text overlays, and simple animated elements.
- Proficiency in common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic knowledge of tools like After Effects or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, sense of pacing and storytelling, and ability to follow brand and style guidelines.
- Good communication skills and willingness to take feedback, learn quickly, and collaborate in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in film, media, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.
