Role Description

In this role, you will lead the creation of high-end visual essays, documentaries, and cinematic stories that transform complex ideas into compelling visual experiences. Working across curated stock footage, archival media, original assets, and AI-generated content, you will be responsible for developing concepts, shaping narratives, directing visual language, and executing polished edits that bring ideas to life. The role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic presentation, with the ability to craft films that are visually striking, intellectually engaging, and emotionally resonant. From initial concept development and scriptwriting through final delivery, you will oversee the creative process end-to-end, ensuring each project achieves a high standard of narrative clarity, visual cohesion, and creative excellence.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret concepts and scripts into cinematic visual narratives, with a strong sense of visual storytelling, shot design, narrative structure, and emotional resonance.
• Proficiency in video editing and post-production software, with a strong understanding of editing workflows, design, composition, color, and overall visual craftsmanship.
• A refined eye for discovering, evaluating, and curating footage, references, and visual assets from diverse sources, with the ability to assemble them into a cohesive visual direction.
• Strong creativity, visual design sensibilities, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, visualization, and creative exploration.
• Experience with soundtrack creation, music selection, or sound design is a plus.

Remote (India) · Full-time

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 / month, performance-based salary increments.
