We're Hiring: Video Creator & Editor (On-Camera + AI Expert)

Wire Monster is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses worldwide with Facebook Ads, Instagram Growth, SEO, SMM, and Website Development.
We're looking for a dynamic Video Creator & Editor who's not just great behind the screen but also confident in front of the camera. If you can shoot, edit, and create stunning videos using both traditional editing tools and cutting-edge AI technologies, we want you on our team!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create and edit 20–30 high-quality videos/month (Reels, talking-head videos, B-rolls, case studies, vlogs, etc.)
- Be the face of some videos (host, presenter, or actor) when required
- Edit and enhance videos for our clients as well as internal projects
- Use AI tools (Heygen, Eleven Labs, Runway, etc.) for video & voice cloning, lip-syncing, and content generation
- Design stunning graphics & animations using Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and bring ideas to life
- Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency and storytelling quality
- Stay updated with the latest AI + video trends to keep content fresh and innovative
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience with video editing tools: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (or similar)
- Knowledge of AI video & audio tools (Heygen, Eleven Labs, Descript, Runway, etc.)
- Familiarity with video cloning & voice cloning technologies
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
- Confident personality with ability to present on-camera
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Suite or AI-based design tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced startup culture
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: 20,000/month + incentives
