Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Content Strategist and Editor located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies, managing and creating video content, and ensuring that messaging aligns with brand objectives. The role involves managing content workflows, optimizing video content for digital platforms, scriptwriting, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure impactful storytelling in all visuals.

What You'll Do

• Edit short form and long form video content for social media and digital platforms

• Create engaging reels, ads, testimonials, and brand videos

• Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life

• Add motion graphics, text animations, sound design, and visual enhancements where required

• Maintain consistency in quality, branding, and storytelling across projects

• Manage project files and deliver content within deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Working knowledge of After Effects

• Understanding of pacing, transitions, storytelling, and audience retention

• Ability to create content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms

• Good sense of music, sound design, and visual aesthetics

• Someone who can take ownership rather than simply follow instructions

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience with motion graphics

• Understand social media trends and content formats

• Can contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions

• Have worked with brands, agencies, or content creators
