We're building a YouTube channel focused on video poems and kids content — and we need a creative, AI-savvy Content Lead to own it end to end. You'll research, strategize, script, and manage the channel from idea to upload, using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

Salary : Upto 35k/Month

Responsibilities

• Research trending and high-potential video topics using AI tools
• Brainstorm
• unique content angles and video ideas
• Write engaging scripts with strong hooks and storytelling
• Structure videos for maximum audience retention
• Suggest titles, thumbnails, and packaging ideas
• Analyze video performance and optimize future content
• Collaborate closely with the editor on pacing and visuals
• AI Video ads

Requirements

• Strong storytelling and research skills
• Deep understanding of YouTube content and audience psychology
• Mandatory experience using AI tools for research, scripting, and ideation
• Ability to adapt quickly to trends and content formats
• Understanding of retention-focused scripting
