Video Content Lead

• Lead end-to-end video content creation for digital, social, and brand communication channels.
• Conceptualise video ideas, scripts, storyboards, shot breakdowns, and visual narratives based on campaign briefs.
• Review and refine all video outputs—scripts, rough cuts, final edits—to ensure clarity, originality, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to convert briefs into effective video concepts.
• Edit high-quality videos including social content, product videos, corporate videos, and campaign assets.
• Ensure strong visual storytelling, smooth pacing, clean transitions, audio clarity, and consistency in brand tone.
• Plan and manage monthly video content calendars to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Stay updated on editing styles, digital trends, platform-specific video formats, and new storytelling techniques.
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, feedback integration, and smooth project execution.
• Manage internal/external video resources when required, including freelancers, motion graphic artists, and sound designers.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in video editing, direction, or video-led content creation—preferably in an agency.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing and motion-graphics tools.
• Solid understanding of cinematography basics—framing, lighting, camera movement, and visual composition.
• Ability to create and refine scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Experience directing shoots and handling small to mid-scale productions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand videos, social videos, product films, or digital campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content workflows.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts and the ability to work under tight timelines.
