About the Role

As a Video Content Intern Software Training, you'll support the creation of structured, high-quality training and product enablement videos that help users understand software workflows and features clearly. This role focuses on building learning-focused video assetsnot marketing or social media content. You'll work closely with Product and Learning teams to transform product documentation, demos, and workflows into simple, engaging, and instructional video content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in video production, technology, and AI-driven learning to gain hands-on experience in creating professional training materials. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Learning & Development, and Operations) to ensure content is accurate, easy to understand, and aligned with learning objectives.

What You'll Do

Understand (Product & Workflow Awareness)

  • Develop a strong understanding of software features, workflows, and user journeys.
  • Learn how product functionality translates into structured learning experiences.
  • Build familiarity with documentation, demos, and training requirements.

Engage (Content Creation & Collaboration)

  • Collaborate with product and learning teams to simplify technical workflows into easy-to-follow video content.
  • Participate in feedback cycles to continuously improve video clarity and effectiveness.
  • Communicate proactively to ensure alignment on content requirements and timelines.

Organize (Content Quality & Standards)

  • Maintain consistency in video structure, quality, and instructional clarity.
  • Follow established content guidelines and maintain version control for training materials.
  • Ensure all video assets meet defined quality and usability standards.

Value Creation (Learning Enablement)

  • Create clear and structured training videos that improve user understanding of software features.
  • Help scale product knowledge through reusable video learning assets.
  • Support faster onboarding and improved user adoption through effective instructional content.

Delivery (Execution & Production)

  • Create software training videos using tools such as Camtasia, Synthesia, Captivate, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Record and edit screen walkthroughs demonstrating platform features and workflows.
  • Convert product documentation or demos into structured learning videos.
  • Add voiceovers, captions, callouts, and instructional overlays to enhance learning clarity.
  • Iterate on content based on feedback and maintain high production standards.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who enjoys explaining technology through clear and structured video content. The ideal candidate is curious about software, comfortable working with video tools, and interested in simplifying complex workflows into easy-to-understand learning experiences.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to build practical skills in video production, instructional content creation, and software enablement while gaining exposure to real-world product training environments.

Key Qualifications

Education:

Students or recent graduates from any discipline.

Video Creation Skills:

Basic experience in video recording and editing, particularly screen-based instructional content.

Technical Curiosity:

Comfortable exploring software platforms and understanding how features work.

Communication Skills:

Ability to explain concepts clearly through visuals, voiceovers, and structured content.

Attention to Detail:

Strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency in video content.

Tools & Systems:

Familiarity with at least one of the following tools:

  • Camtasia
  • Synthesia
  • Adobe Captivate
  • Canva
  • Or similar video creation tools

Instructional Thinking (Preferred):

Basic understanding of how to structure content for learning and knowledge transfer.

Mindset:

Curious, creative, structured, and eager to learn about technology, AI, and digital learning.
